HAS-BIANS : A group for WOMEN ONLY, primarily over age 40, to play non-competitive, recreational softball. THIS IS NOT A LEAGUE, but a group of women who want to play softball for fun, with like aged women, without getting injured. Any skill level is welcome. Players are not committed to play every game, only the ones they wish to play in. We play 'pick-up' games, using the HAS-BIANS Yahoo Group to announce potential games and poll members for availability to play. Houston Women's Hippie Group : The goal of the group is to create a social network for gay women who live in Houston or other surrounding areas. HWHG is a diverse social group, who socialize through a fusion of crafts, music, meditation, literature, the dramatic arts, poetry, fashion, visual arts, including film, and photography. The group meets weekly to take pleasure in the following activities noted above. The members of HWHG are called hippies because the mission of the group is to create an environment where women with similar interest can meet to enjoy activities within an intentionally loving bohemian community.
